You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a full refund of the product's price.

How to Get Your Refund

Getting a refund is easy! Just follow these three steps:

  1. Get in touch: Contact Us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Tell us why: Let us know the reason for your return. Your feedback helps us improve!

  3. Send it back: Return the product to us at this address:

Once we receive your request and the returned item, we'll process your refund promptly. We'll send the money back to the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

A Few Things to Note

  • Contact us before returning: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Shipping costs: If you paid a shipping fee on your original order, that fee won't be included in your refund. If your order had free shipping, your refund will be for the full product price.

  • Return shipping: You're responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the product is faulty or damaged.

  • Blankets for charity: We professionally wash all returned blankets and donate them to charity. This way, your return helps someone in need while keeping our community clean and safe.

This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, and it doesn't limit any of those rights.

Damaged items and other issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost items

If you have not purchased shipping protection we do not hold liability for lost items after they have been dispatched. We will assist as best we can to find the location of the lost parcel but we do not provide refunds on lost items that do not have shipping protection.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the right product and size is to return the item you have, and once the return is in process you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
